Blue Terrain in Novotel Bengaluru Tech Park started early celebrations for the American Independence Day hosting cowboy themed dinner all through this week. Running from 3rd July until 6th July for dinner, the spirit of America was adapted in the food and beverage menu. And some country music and grills set the mood just right! A couple of us headed to BT after work, and found this pool side venue transformed with hues of blue and red, the colors of the American flag. There were barbecue and grill stations, a buffet counter, cocktails and beers turning the place into quite the celebratory venue. The usual quiet and romantic Blue Terrain was on a brief hiatus.

We absolutely loved the simple, no fuss menu. The grills were listed on a blackboard. And these would change over the days depending on the chef’s selection and fresh catches. We were ushered in with a drink called the American Ocean. Then we ordered a platter of Barbecue Pork Ribs, Tex Mex Style Chicken Wings, Sliders and Hot Dogs. The sauces complemented the meats well, and they were cooked just right. The sliders were delicious! From the set out spread, we got some baked potato skins, salads, blue berry cheese cake and apple pie. The food was great, and sipping on some nice chilled beer – that was a perfect after work hangout! This festival concludes today, i.e. 6th July, all inclusive pricing is available with alcohol and without.

Blue Terrain is the perfect blend of ambience, live kitchen offering aromatic grills and barbequed items and an exquisite bar serving refreshing signature cocktails and selection of spirits. A poolside setup (the pool is under renovation at the moment), with a comprehensive culinary and cocktail menu – this is a great place to unwind after work.
